Unlike strategic HR, which looks at long-term workforce planning and organisational growth, operational HR is about making sure everything runs smoothly on a practical level.

This includes key areas such as recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, absence management, and ensuring compliance with employment law. It’s about support you and your business to handle everyday HR tasks efficiently, from resolving workplace disputes to supporting managers with disciplinary processes.

I tailor my prices to your specific needs, so it’s usually better to give me a call or drop me an email to discuss your specific requirements.

However, to give you an indication, I have a range of options available.

Some clients choose a “pay-as-you go” type service and my hourly rate can be negotiated. However, I can also provide quotes for longer term assignments, for specific projects, or work on a retainer basis.
